Shipping fees paid for United States Postal Service (USPS) shipments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
For UPS or FedEx shipments, shipping fees may be refundable in the event of a carrier-confirmed delivery failure or delay, but refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. - Liability Disclaimer
Once your order is shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or non-delivery caused by the carrier, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or any other factors beyond our control.
